Can someone make picture viewer for this on Megadrive/Genesis
and Everdrive MD???

I know it is low resolution anyways ideal for pixel art pictures
similar to ZX Spectrum:

So we will have low res pixel art scene on MD...

BTW. what about Mega Drive / Sega Master System crossplatform PC Windows paint program??? We have VGM Music Maker for music and we need something like that for graphics... Good for demoscene :).

You can easily draw Genesis graphics in any standart graphics editor. You don't really need a special one, and even if you need it for some special tasks (want to have ability to use few palettes at once or support for shadow/highlight), it is much easier to modify an exitsting one. Making a good graphics editor from scratch is a lot of work, and 99% of such an editor would be exactly the same as in a normal one.

Special editors only make sense for platforms with major graphics limitations, like ZX Spectrum or MSX1. Usually such editors are not very good, just check Windows ones for ZX or MSX or C64. In fact, I can't name any special editor that I would consider comparable at least to the Windows Paint.
