 ! Rol'AnGo Megadrive Edition !
Hi all,
Here is my new project for Megadrive, Rol'An'Go an old project on PC I done 4 years ago.
Here is a Video Gameplay on the PC version :
It's a very complex game for the Megadrive and a hard challenge ... But, Papi Commando give me a lot of experience for.
It's a Turn/Turn gamplay like Heroes of might and magic.
I've finished the graphics media. You can see some of them :

I've juste started the game and share you a first prototype !! 
You can travel in this huge map ( 320 x 960 ) with your PAD.
The scrolling is 32 pixels / 32 pixels.

Nice! I really like Shining Force, so i'll be looking forward to this.

Hi all and thx for your comments.
I have a question :
How can I display a chessboard like my original game ?
Bex don't support line or pset but only Tile with the Vdp.

Hi all, Today I try to get a Smooth scrolling. Here is what I make : dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/108143465/Rolango1.bexIt's a only UP scrolling with no collision detection. There are several visual bug and I try to have a better result and it's a failure to me. If you have some correction or suggestions with my code ... Thanks ! Greeting. |

Hey finally I find the solution ! Here is the Code :dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/108143465/Rolango1.bexWith this, I can scroll in 4 ways and the out of limit of map display a forest ( Three's Tile ) The scrolling is smooth, and can be speed up in code. EDIT : Hey thanks Titan for your help. |
