Ran across this today and briefly tried it out in OpenEMU on my Mac. I liked what I saw, will check it out more this weekend.

Pretty sure the developer used BasiEgaXorz which is equivalent to our batari BASIC for the 2600.

I'm surprised this was done with Genesis BASIC. I've never seen any games designed with that tool that were even mildly impressive... remember Crazy Bus?

The website used to say, "Only 25 copies available." Now the website doesn't say anything about numbers, just a PayPal order button.

Today I read a review that said there were 50 numbered copies, and then a limited release? It gave this version 9/10 and the first version 4/10.
